• Focus on “Crime Drivers”, those individuals who drive (or contribute to) the majority of crimes being committed.

• Enhance prosecution of those individuals who use and possess firearms.

• Continue to combat the opioid epidemic, with a greater focus on prevention and pre-arrest diversion to treatment for low level offenders.

• Dedicate additional resources to updating the paperless capabilities and systems within the office, allowing us to have the ability to capture data, metrics, and analytics more efficiently.

• Increase collaboration with communities to focus on alternatives to incarceration and diversion programs at the earliest stages of prosecutions
