District Attorney David M. Hoovler’s re-election campaign has received the support of the Uniformed Fire Officers Association, which representing 2,600 lieutenants, captains, battalion chiefs, deputy chiefs, supervising fire marshals, and medical officers of the New York City Fire Department.

“(Hoovler’s) commitment to the justice system and law enforcement is of great importance to the citizens of Orange County,” said UFOA President James Lemonda. “(He) has had a record year of accomplishments… Hoovler has earned our support by initiating reforms that protect the community, such as addressing the opioid epidemic resulting in crime reduction and lives saved.”
