Session in Port Jervis Where Citizens Can Discuss Issues
Directly with the District Attorney

Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler announced that he will be hosting “Coffee with the DA.” At the event, citizens can come out and speak directly with District Attorney Hoovler about issues involving law enforcement in our communities. The District Attorney will be providing coffee, bagels, and pastries for all who attend.

“Coffee with the DA” will occur on Monday, October 26, 2020, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., at Dr. Bagel @ SL1CE, 31 Pike Street in Port Jervis. The event will coincide with Dr. Bagel’s Customer Appreciation Day. All are welcome.

“Now, more than ever, it is critical for law enforcement to develop and maintain strong connections with our communities,” said District Attorney Hoovler. “In these trying times, those connections provide valuable insight into the mood of the public, so that law enforcement can be more responsive to citizens’ needs and can better protect our citizens. This session of ‘Coffee with the DA’ is another step in my ongoing effort to connect with our citizens. I’ll be happy to discuss any issue about law enforcement that might be of concern to anyone who comes out on Monday. The coffee, bagels, and snacks are on me, so please stop by Dr. Bagel @ SL1CE and let me know about the issues that are of importance to you.”
